Projects could be your websites or competitor sites. If you want to track competitors alongside your site/s, you might want to choose a plan with a higher project limit.

Also, the Pro plan only provides daily rank tracking for one location, device, or language. To track multiple locations or service areas, the Guru or Business plan is required.

  • Semrush PLA (Product Listing Ads) research – Gives you the ability to analyze the performance of an advertiser's Google Shopping ad campaigns. These PLA reports provide valuable research for digital advertising agencies and eCommerce sites.
  • Share of Voice metric – This metric is used to measure your brand awareness in comparison to your competition in the same market, which can help you set up your marketing strategy. The result is calculated based on your brand's traffic divided by total market traffic.
  • API access – Semrush offers two main API (application programming interface) options including the Standard API package and Traffic Analytics API. This top-tier plan offers much more generous feature limits and is suitable for large agencies and enterprise companies.

In regards to rank tracking, you can track up to 5,000 keywords for an unlimited number of targets (a different location, device, or language) which is 3,500 more keywords and many more targets than the Guru plan.

For site audits, you can crawl up to 100,000 pages per project, which is 80,000 pages more per project than the Guru plan. You can crawl a total of 1,000,000 pages per month across all projects, which is 700,000 more pages per month than the Guru plan.
